Welcome to Chef Bruce Buege's The Smooth Jazz Kitchen radioshow. I'm the Food Dude, specializing in the smoothest Contemporary Jazz.
In my daytime hours, I’m a classically trained chef who now runs the kitchen in an 1100 bed correctional facility in my hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. All my life I’ve been a fan of Jazz though, especially Contemporary Jazz. I made mixtapes growing up like everyone else, but mine started to get a little more serious ending up with sharing them with more than just the people close to me.
My life as an “International Jazz DJ” started in 2015 and has continued to grow, becoming a big love of my life with a devoted following I am honored to serve each week. You can think of me as a DJ who "cooks" my mixes for fun and shares them with you my new friends.
So for the tastiest music on the radio, please join me each week as I create a two hour menu of only the finest in new and classic C-Jazz just for us here in The Smooth Jazz Kitchen.
